the location was ideal, just a short stroll from vibrant shops, delightful cafes, and the picturesque Kiama harbour area, which enhanced my experience tremendously.

I did notice that the furnishings were a bit tired and old, which slightly detracted from the otherwise fantastic ambiance.

Fairly clean hotel, loved to be near to all restaurants, more local boutique shops, leagues club, playground, beach waterfront and the blowhole tourist attraction, and parks, restaurants, supermarket thanks to best possible and top location. Had good sleep at the apartment with single beds, TV, as for instance. The staff was responsive and great to deal with.

Staff were superfriendly and outstandingly accommodating, and facilities were EXCELLENT here.

Very clean and comfortable apartment with a great location. Well-equipped with a nice balcony, walking distance to cafes and restaurants. The check-in was hassle-free, and the apartment had everything we needed. Quiet surroundings made for a restful stay, and useful amenities such as a large jug of cold water were appreciated.

Carrying luggage up stairs was tricky. The pool was not heated.

The poolside balcony was a delightful surprise, like a hidden oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of the main street. It felt like having a secret garden, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. the palm-studded pool area provided a tranquil backdrop, making every moment feel like a mini vacation.

Stairs can be challenging.

Stayed here for 1 night with my family, had a really comfortable stay; the staff was superfriendly and incredibly helpful, always there to assist, and the service was amazing with an automated check-in system in place.

We really enjoyed our comfortable holiday stay at Terralong Terrace Apartments. the units are spacious and functional, equipped with a spa bath and all cooking necessities. the staff was efficient and made our stay pleasant.
